Eligibility for Returns You may request a return if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including innerwear, lingerie, and personal care products. Products marked as “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale” are also not eligible. Items that are used, washed, or damaged (not due to our fault) will not be accepted.
Return Process To initiate a return, please email us at Grewalkhushdeepkaur@gamil.com with your Order ID and reason for return. If the product is damaged or defective, please attach clear images. Our team will review your request and arrange a return pickup if applicable.
Refund Policy Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy We offer exchanges only for size issues or damaged/defective products, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Shipping Charges Return shipping is free only for damaged or incorrect items. For all other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund amount.
Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
